Energy Performance Diagnostics and Surface Area Measurement Services for Allier Habitat

This contract opportunity involves conducting Energy Performance Diagnostics (DPE) for existing properties that are due for renewal, following energy efficiency improvements, or during property sales. Additionally, surface area measurements according to the Boutin law may be requested for sites where these have not yet been completed. The services will cover all types of buildings, including individual houses, apartments, common areas of collective buildings, professional and commercial premises, and other rental spaces. All work must comply with current regulations regarding Energy Performance Diagnostics and Boutin law measurements. The contract will be awarded to a maximum of two economic operators per lot, provided there are sufficient offers.
