Construction Work for the Municipal Museum in Mariánské Lázně

This public procurement contract involves construction work for an exhibition at the Municipal Museum in Mariánské Lázně. The construction will be carried out according to the project documentation titled 'Municipal Museum Mariánské Lázně – Construction Modifications – Exhibition, Construction Modifications D1' prepared by architect Jan Albrecht in March 2025, and the project documentation for window replacement prepared by architect Václav Zuna in May 2024. The scope of the contract is also defined by the bill of quantities included in the tender documentation. The realization of the new exhibition is part of the grant project 'Construction Modifications Municipal Museum Mariánské Lázně', project registration number CZ.06.04.04/00/22_051/0003520. In accordance with § 35 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, the contracting authority has decided to divide the contract into two separate parts, which are being awarded in separate procedures: 1. Part: Exhibition Construction (realization of exhibitions, interior furnishings, and audiovisual technology). 2. Part: Construction Work (modifications to the exhibition, modifications to the foyer space, and window replacement in the exhibition area). This tender procedure pertains to Part 2 – Construction Work.
