Electricity Supply Contract for the Commission for the Seizure of Illegally Acquired Property

This public procurement contract involves the supply of low voltage electricity at freely negotiated prices and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Commission for the Seizure of Illegally Acquired Property (KONPI). The contract is governed by the Energy Act and includes both the purchase of goods and the provision of services as defined in the Public Procurement Act.
