Concrete Repair Work in France

This contract aims to select companies capable of performing various concrete repair tasks for Habitats de Haute-Alsace. The work includes: repairing existing reinforced concrete balconies (including slab edges, undersides, and parapets), modifying, removing, reinstalling, or replacing guardrails, applying a liquid waterproofing system on balconies with anti-slip coating if necessary, setting up, using, and removing scaffolding as needed, and providing any additional services required for the successful completion of the work. The work will be carried out in occupied sites, minimizing disturbances to residents. This is a framework agreement with a maximum value executed based on needs as purchase orders are issued. The contract duration is one year from the notification date (expected date = 30/04/2026), with the possibility of three automatic renewals. It will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators, provided there are enough offers. Purchase orders will be issued without negotiation or prior competition among the holders, according to the terms set out in the framework agreement. The estimated value mentioned in this notice corresponds to the maximum amount of the contract and includes all renewal periods.
