Electric Vehicles for Local Government

The Municipality of Livezile is seeking suppliers for the provision of electric cars as part of a program aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in transportation. This initiative promotes the use of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient vehicles from 2020 to 2024. The contract includes the supply of 10 fully electric cars, with an estimated value of 100,840.34 lei excluding VAT per vehicle, totaling 1,008,403.36 lei excluding VAT for all vehicles. The estimated total value including VAT is 1,200,000 lei. Suppliers must be registered on the list of validated manufacturers by the Environmental Fund Administration (AFM). The procurement process is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning that the completion of the procurement procedure and the signing of the supply contract depend on the approval of the acceptance file submitted by the Municipality of Livezile under the 'RABLA PLUS 2024' program. If the acceptance file is not approved for any reason, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure or not to sign or terminate the contract for the supply of electric cars, regardless of the stage of the process. Suppliers understand that the contracting authority cannot be held liable for any damages in such cases. The contract duration is a maximum of 2 months from the receipt of the start order, and the warranty period for the supplied goods will be a minimum of 3 years or 100,000 km. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 15th day before the submission deadline.
