Construction of Primary Schools in France

This contract involves the design and construction of a new educational building, which includes a primary school and a daycare center with 24 cribs, as well as access roads and maintenance services, all adhering to specific performance objectives. The total duration of the contract is set for 63 months from the notification date. The municipality of Olivet has decided to build a new educational facility to replace the existing primary school. The goal is to create a school with 5 kindergarten classes (including one UEMA class) and 9 elementary classes (including one ULIS class), along with a self-service cafeteria and spaces for children during after-school hours. The project also includes the construction of a daycare center with 24 cribs and the development of access roads and parking. The total area to be constructed is approximately 4,450 square meters. The project has specific technical, environmental, and usability performance objectives. The estimated value of the construction work is set at 11,625,000 euros (excluding VAT) as of September 2024.
