Sweden – Clearing of Brush and Shrubs – Brush Cutting of Private Roads

This contract involves brush cutting (clearing of bushes and undergrowth) along the road areas of the affected roads. The affected roads are primarily private roads, but there are also some municipal roads included. This is a framework agreement, and the supplier will be informed of the exact roads affected by June 15 each year. The scope is estimated to include brush and undergrowth clearing along approximately 900 km of private roads and about 40 hours of municipal road work per year. The Community Building department in Skellefteå municipality manages the operation and maintenance of approximately 900 km of private roads in the municipality. As part of this task, Skellefteå municipality will procure brush and undergrowth clearing for the road areas of private roads. The contract also includes brush and undergrowth clearing for some municipal road areas. The supplier will perform brush and undergrowth clearing on specified road areas. The clearing will be carried out at 2-year intervals. This means that in 2026, the supplier will clear brush and undergrowth on specified roads north of the Skellefte River, and in 2027, the supplier will clear brush and undergrowth on specified roads south of the Skellefte River. In 2028, the roads on the northern side of the Skellefte River will be cleared again, and so on. Please refer to the attached maps 'Clearing Map North' and 'Clearing Map South' to see which road areas the customer currently estimates will be cleared in 2026 and 2027. These roads are marked in green. The customer does not commit to ordering a specific volume during the contract period; instead, the supplier will perform brush and undergrowth clearing on the roads that the customer has an actual need for.
