Scaffolding Works for Childcare Facility

The project involves the construction of a childcare facility that will include four groups: one nursery group and three mixed-age groups. The ground floor will feature two group rooms with associated ancillary spaces and sanitary facilities, as well as an office for management and staff areas. The western section will include a dining room and kitchen, a multipurpose room, storage, and utility rooms. The main entrance will have an elevator (15 persons/1250 kg) and stairs providing access to the upper and attic floors. The upper floor will be divided into southern and northern areas. The southern area will have two additional group rooms, differentiation and play areas, as well as sleeping areas. The northern half will include a family office and a therapeutic practice. Additional emergency exits from the upper floor will lead directly outside via a covered walkway with an escape staircase to the outdoor area. The attic will house technical rooms, storage, and office and archive spaces for the municipal administration. The building must be sufficiently accessible and suitable for people with disabilities. All regulations for childcare facilities must be adhered to. The construction should prioritize the use of sustainable and low-emission materials, as well as energy efficiency. The concerns of monument protection and the challenges of renovating a historical building must always be prioritized. The scaffolding (up to 7 levels in the gable area) will be erected in several phases according to the construction progress (shell construction/roofing work/facade glazing/covered walkway).
