IT Services for Energy and Building Analysis

The Danish Energy Agency is seeking suppliers for IT services related to the Energy and Building Analysis (EBA) tool and its associated database, Athena. This tool aims to promote and support the green transition by providing common tools and data sources for consistent and cost-effective reporting, particularly in relation to Article 6 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). The services sought include the operation and further development of the EBA tool, which will enable public entities to issue campaign materials and conduct data-driven building and energy analyses. The procurement process will be conducted as a restricted tender under Section II of the Public Procurement Act, consisting of two phases: an application phase and a bidding phase.
