    Brief

The Main-Kinzig-Kreis (MKK), represented by the Emergency Response Center, is planning to establish an ambulance station in the municipality of Sinntal, specifically in the district of Mottgers. A buildable plot of approximately 1500 square meters is available on the land parcels 70 and 70/1 along Landesstraße 2304. The project involves constructing a single-story building that will serve as the ambulance station, featuring two parking spaces for ambulances. The design must include functional areas for disinfection and hygiene, as well as office and break areas, and rest rooms for six staff members. The ambulance station is intended to operate 24/7/365. The planning must adhere to the space requirements outlined in DIN 13049 for ambulance stations and coordinate with the client. Additionally, the outdoor and open space planning must provide at least six parking spaces for emergency service personnel. Compliance with applicable building regulations and workplace safety regulations must be considered during the design phase and clarified with the relevant authorities. The goal is to create a functional ambulance station with efficient internal pathways, which should be reflected in the arrangement of the rooms. For further project details, please refer to Attachments 1 (plan excerpt, photos) and 2 (sample/comparison object). This procurement process involves awarding planning services for buildings and interiors, phases 1-9, in accordance with § 34 HOAI. The services will be based on the basic services outlined in the performance profile for buildings and interiors as per 'Attachment 10 (to § 34 paragraph 4, § 35 paragraph 7) Basic Services in the Performance Profile for Buildings and Interiors, Special Services, Object Lists' of HOAI 2021. An excerpt from the HOAI is included as Attachment 3 to these application conditions. However, the planner's performance profile (basic services) will be evaluated with a lower effort in the following areas: - No fire protection certificate is required for the construction project; this will be provided by the client. - The space program and minimum room size requirements are already defined by the applicable standard DIN 13049. - A template exists for the construction task, which may only need to be adapted to the existing building plot (see Attachments 1 and 2).
