Brief
The contract involves the procurement of a brand new wheeled loading machine with a multi-pin grab, manufactured in 2025 or later. Key specifications include:
1. Condition: New
2. Production Year: 2025 or newer
3. Machine Weight: Up to 21.5 tons
4. Final Arm Length: At least 4.0 meters
5. Base Boom Length: At least 6.0 meters
6. Minimum Reach of the Full Arm System with Grab: At least 10.0 meters in both vertical and horizontal planes.
7. The final arm is raised/lowered using two actuators, with an additional actuator for the sorting grab or digging bucket.
8. The cabin is hydraulically raised, with a minimum visibility height of 5.0 meters.
9. The cabin must have hinged doors (sliding doors are not allowed due to high dust environments).
10. The lower frame must have 4 supports, with a minimum width of 3.8 meters.
11. Full tires – 8 pieces (twin).
12. The cabin must have air conditioning and heating.
13. The cabin must have an air filter.
14. The cabin must have rear and side cameras with a color display.
15. Required noise level in the cabin (LpA): no more than 75 dB(A).
16. Required sound power level emitted by the machine (LwA): no more than 100 dB(A).
17. The machine must have a main power switch.
18. The machine must have a central lubrication system for the body and rotation crown.
19. The operator's seat must be adjustable, with pneumatic suspension, armrests, and back support.
20. The machine must have a warning light and at least 2 standard halogen lights.
21. The machine must have overload signaling.
22. Fuel tank capacity: at least 300 liters.
23. AdBlue tank capacity: at least 30 liters.
24. Minimum load capacity in supported position, at any plane 3.0 meters from the center of the rotation crown: 10 tons.
25. Emission standard: minimum STAGE V.
26. Minimum engine power: 95 kW.
27. Maximum machine speed: at least 20 km/h.
The equipment includes a multi-pin sorting grab, semi-closed, with a capacity of at least 350 liters, made of reinforced, hardened steel, fully compatible with the supplied machine, intended for loading and sorting materials such as scrap, wood, municipal waste, plastics, and bulk materials like compost.
