Building Cleaning Services for Ammerland Vocational Schools

This contract opportunity is for cleaning services at the Ammerland Vocational Schools, which include school buildings, administrative offices, a sports hall, a media center, and an environmental education center. The services required include: - Regular cleaning - Deep cleaning - Special cleaning These services are divided into two lots based on quantity and location. Details regarding the frequency, types, and scope of the required services can be found in the service description and accompanying documents, particularly the pricing sheets. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the areas and intervals to be cleaned without a new procurement process, in accordance with § 132 GWB Abs. 2 to 4. Bidders can submit offers for one lot or both lots. All trades and individual services must be included within the lots. Individual awards for trades are not planned. The award will be made for a maximum of one lot per bidder. If a bidder submits the most economical offer for more than one lot, the contracting authority will select the lot with the highest absolute price difference compared to the next highest offer in the ranking. If the price difference is the same for both lots, a draw will determine the lot.
