Brief
The contracting entity requests the design and execution of works, which consist of the following: The wastewater treatment plant will be designed and executed under this contract to meet quality parameters while complying with the requirements of NTPA 011/2002, NTPA 001/2002, and the Water Management Approval, taking into account the wastewater from the Breaza agglomeration. The treatment process of the Breaza plant is a mechanical-biological one with advanced treatment, the secondary stage being a process of treatment with activated sludge, with biological removal of carbon and nitrogen and biological and chemical removal of phosphorus, with aerobic stabilization of the sludge (extended aeration). For the sludge treatment line, facilities for gravitational thickening, mechanical dewatering with a guaranteed minimum dry substance content of 25% of the mechanically dewatered sludge are provided. The number of equivalent inhabitants for which the treatment plant was designed is 36,000 PE. Design flow for the biological stage Average daily flow Q day, med= 7,963.0 m3/day; Hydraulic design flow Maximum hourly flow during rainy weather= 621 m3/h; The mechanical treatment stage includes the following items: - Reception chamber, grates, and safety overflow - Grate building - Grit separators - grease separators - Blowers for grit separator and grease separator and air supply system; - Wastewater pumping station - if applicable; - General bypass pipe of the treatment plant; - Reception chamber for sludge from septic tanks; - Inflow flow meter chamber. The biological treatment stage includes the following items: - Distribution chamber for biological basins - Biological basins - Blower station and aeration system - Distribution chamber for secondary clarifiers - Secondary clarification - Pumping station for recirculated sludge/excess activated sludge - Storage station, preparation - dosing of ferric chloride - Technological water pumping station - Foam pumping station - Treatment of drainage water and household sewage - Effluent flow meter chamber - Discharge pipe. The sludge treatment stage includes the following items: - Thickening of stabilized excess activated sludge; - Sludge dewatering; - Supernatant pumping station. The works refer to: a) Design activities - Technical Execution Project, which will include all necessary documents according to legislation and any documentation necessary for obtaining approvals and authorizations, support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary authorizations and approvals; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of the Beneficiary's personnel. f) Remedying any defects that may arise during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution of the works, the contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer, with all legal responsibilities that fall to them for this purpose. The number of days until which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies is 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information as follows: - 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers for requests for clarifications submitted 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Any reference in this award documentation (including this specifications document) that indicates a specific origin, source, production, a special process, a trademark or trade name, a patent and/or a manufacturing license, a standard, an authorization/certification/attestation, a service or a requirement will be read and interpreted as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent".
