Office Support Services for the Greek Cadastre

This contract involves providing administrative services to support the technical operations of the regional structures of the Greek Cadastre (Cadastre Offices and their branches). The work includes two main functions: 1) Back-office services, which involve processing applications for the registration of legal acts and corrections in the Cadastre System, as well as various administrative tasks such as scanning, archiving, and secretarial support. 2) Front-desk services, which include checking and identifying visitors, providing information and forms to the public (individuals, legal entities, and public authorities) during business hours. Services can be provided in person (either walk-in or by appointment), by phone, or via video call. The contractor will provide on-site support for technical operations at the regional Cadastre structures. If necessary and technically feasible, some services may be provided remotely upon written request from the contracting authority.
