New Laboratory Construction Project

This project involves the construction of a new operational laboratory, which will include laboratory spaces, offices, and social areas, as well as the surrounding environment with parking, access roads, and pathways. The proposal should include the necessary planning for the building and interior design, as well as the technical building equipment for electrical and mechanical systems. Additionally, engineering services for structural planning are required. It is intended to assign the services for object and specialist planning phases 5-9 to a planning office according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Special services include the BBQ concept according to DIN 1045-1000 and SIGE services.
