Laboratory Reagents Supply and Equipment Lease

This contract involves the supply of laboratory reagents, calibrators, controls, and consumables necessary for general analytical testing. It also includes the leasing of an automatic system capable of performing 65,000 analyses and a semi-automatic auxiliary analyzer capable of performing 1,000 analyses over a period of 36 months. Additionally, the contract requires the supply of barcode labels for labeling test tubes and containers with biological material for the needs of the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 PUM in Szczecin. The quantities listed in the pricing form are indicative, and the buyer reserves the right to order smaller amounts, but not less than 60% of the contract value. The medical products must comply with the relevant regulations in Poland, and the delivered products must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the delivery date, with specific requirements for reagents and control materials. The leased equipment must have a warranty period of at least 36 months.
