Bulgaria – Supply of Clothing Items

This public procurement contract aims to establish a framework agreement with a single contractor for the delivery of clothing items over a period of 36 months. The specific items required include: 1) 8,700 long-sleeve shirts for the Army, Air Force, and Navy; 2) 9,090 short-sleeve shirts for the Army, Air Force, and Navy; 3) 18,547 undershirts for wear under body armor; 4) 41,447 polo shirts with collars and short sleeves; 5) 10,924 white short-sleeve t-shirts; 6) 54,621 field t-shirts. Deliveries will be made based on individual requests, with quantities determined by the needs of the contracting authority as specified in Appendix 1 of the specific contract. The contracting authority reserves the right not to enter into specific contracts if financial resources are not available in the budget of the Ministry of Defense during the term of the framework agreement, without incurring penalties or other compensation.
