IT Services for Smart Solutions Development in Košice Region

The main goal of this project is to implement a more efficient data-driven decision-making process, enhance transparency, and improve the management and operational efficiency of public buildings in the Košice Self-Governing Region (KSK). This will be achieved through the implementation of an integrated data platform, modern technological solutions, and smart management, contributing to the sustainable development of the region, effective use of public resources, and improved quality of life for citizens. The project includes: - Specification and procurement of off-the-shelf software for the recording, management, inventory, maintenance of operated facilities and assets, and energy management of these facilities; - Creation of a data platform that centralizes data from information systems and applications used within the KSK Office and its subordinate organizations; - Installation and implementation of IoT devices in selected KSK facilities (15 locations) for monitoring and managing energy data through sensors, converters, or complex smart meters, along with CAD drawing documentation and the creation of digital models; - Technological and documentation inventory of selected KSK facilities (45 locations); - Development of data transmission and server platform for receiving data from end devices. The delivery method for the contract is defined in the contract agreement, which is an attachment to these tender documents.
