Operational Services for Swimming Facilities in Hungary

This framework agreement is established for a duration of 36 months for the technical operation of swimming facilities and for immediate troubleshooting and maintenance repairs outside the planned maintenance schedule. There are two parts to the tender, as detailed in the technical description provided in the procurement documentation. The contracting authority will enter into two framework agreements as a result of this procedure. The first part will cover the operation of swimming facilities located in the following regions: Northern Hungary, Northern Great Plain, and Southern Great Plain. The second part will cover the operation of swimming facilities in the following regions: Central Hungary, Central Transdanubia, Western Transdanubia, and Southern Transdanubia. The procurement procedure will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement as per Section 105 (1) (a) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority is not obligated to order the tasks specified in the technical description or to utilize the indicated framework amount upon signing the framework agreement. The obligation to order will arise solely from individual contracts that will be established as a result of the second part of the procedure, which starts with direct orders. During the direct order process, it will be determined which specific service and in what quantity the contracting authority wishes to procure from the technical description.
