Supply and Delivery of Military First Aid Kits in France

This framework agreement will commence upon notification and will have an initial fixed term of twelve (12) months. This date will serve as the anniversary of the framework agreement. The agreement is automatically renewable three (3) times for twelve (12) months each, resulting in a total potential contract duration of forty-eight (48) months. According to Article R.2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the contractor cannot refuse the renewal. If the renewal does not occur, the contracting authority will inform the selected supplier (at the email provided in the commitment document) two (2) months before the end of the relevant period. The maximum amount for the four (4) year contract execution period is 5,100,000 Euros excluding VAT.
