Data Collection and Sorting Services for National Examinations in Bulgaria

This contract involves several interconnected activities related to the electronic assessment of examination papers for national assessments at the end of grades IV, VII, and X, as well as for state matriculation exams. The key activities include: 1. Providing access to an integrated electronic assessment environment and ensuring technical and software support throughout the contract duration. 2. Technical support, monitoring, control, and coordination of the processing of examination papers, including the provision of necessary technical resources and a support team for processing identification forms and declassifying examination materials. 3. Summarizing results from examination sessions and preparing individual, aggregated, and comprehensive reports on examination results based on various criteria, as well as visualizing reviewed examination papers. 4. Training evaluators and operators involved in the technical processing of examination papers, along with monitoring and helpdesk support during the evaluation process. The contract covers a total of 15 examination sessions, including 6 state matriculation exams and 9 national assessments, with a maximum of 130,000 examination papers per session. The estimated number of evaluators and technical personnel processing the examination papers during the contract period will be up to 4,000 individuals each year, who must complete a training course on the system, even if they have previously undergone training, to reflect regulatory and organizational changes.
