Netherlands – Repair and Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant – Renovation/Maintenance of RWZI Tilburg Pre-Settling Tanks, Secondary Settling Tanks, and Buffer Settling Tanks

This is a public procurement opportunity from Waterschap de Dommel for the renovation and maintenance of 3 pre-settling tanks (VBTs), 10 secondary settling tanks (NBTs), and 2 buffer settling tanks (BBTs) at the RWZI Tilburg. Waterschap de Dommel is seeking a contractor to carry out the renovation of the VBTs based on the Design Note for the Final Design Maintenance of Pre-Settling Tanks (DO; Appendix 8). After the renovation of the VBTs, Waterschap de Dommel intends to enter into a Construction Team Agreement with the contractor, allowing the contractor to manage both the design/development phase and the implementation phase. Following the Construction Team phase, the contractor will have the exclusive right to submit a (price) offer for the implementation phase. The total expected value of the entire contract for the VBTs, NBTs, and BBTs is approximately €9,000,000, including VAT. This is a rough estimate given the nature of the contract and the phase of the project. The contract may be expanded or delayed due to external factors.
