    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of elemental analyzers with spectroscopic detection for the analysis of gas elements (Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen) and heavy elements (Carbon and Sulfur) for the NOMATEN CoRE at the National Centre for Nuclear Research in Otwock-Świerk, Poland. The scope includes the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training of designated personnel in the operation of the equipment and software. The setup consists of two independent analyzers along with necessary software, additional equipment, personnel training, and warranty and service support. Detailed specifications are provided in TOM III of the SWZ (OPZ) - Description of the subject of the order. Conditions and requirements for the execution of the order are also outlined in TOM II of the SWZ (PPU) - Draft contractual provisions. The minimum required warranty period for the equipment is 24 months from the date of final acceptance, without reservations (signed unconditional final acceptance protocol by the buyer). The maximum deadline for the execution of the order is by May 31, 2026, for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the complete setup at the buyer's location. Training for the buyer's personnel will be conducted according to the requirements specified in TOM III, at times agreed upon by the buyer and the contractor.
