The services include mobile voice, SMS, and MMS communication, mobile internet access via LTE and 5G, delivery of configured SIM cards, and provision of new, defect-free devices. The telecommunications services aim to ensure the retention of existing phone numbers, number portability in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law, and reliable connectivity. The execution of the service will utilize SIM or e-SIM cards provided by the contractor, along with new devices for data transmission. The contractor must employ dedicated consultants for the helpline, ensuring compliance with labor laws. The contract will be based on the main agreement and individual telecommunications service agreements with each public administration unit.
