Construction of Cogeneration Plants in Poland

This contract involves the construction of four separate cogeneration sources using gas engines with installed capacities of 2x3.1-3.3 MWe and 2x4.3-4.5 MWe, powered by type E natural gas. Additionally, it includes the adaptation of the electrical switchgear at the Ostrowski Heating Plant and the execution of an electrical connection. The project consists of six tasks: Tasks 1-4 involve the construction of individual cogeneration sources, Task 5 is the execution of the electrical connection, and Task 6 is the construction of an energy storage facility. The contract also includes a 10-year financial leasing of the investment to the contracting authority from the date of acceptance of the last task, with the expectation that only one contractor will provide the leasing. Furthermore, a service provision for 10 years from the acceptance date of the last task is required. The procurement will be conducted under a 'design, build, and finance' model.
