Demolition Work in Bastia, France

This project involves the complete demolition of buildings 32 and 33 in the Cité des Arbres, located at 20600 Bastia, through selective deconstruction. The work includes the removal of all structures, buildings, and equipment on the site, including their foundations and surrounding areas such as roads, parking lots, and green spaces. Additionally, the project requires the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials from the surrounding areas, roads, parking lots, and certain conduits that will remain in place. Asbestos removal from the buildings has already been completed in phase 1. The contract also includes demolition work that adheres to safety measures outlined in the labor code regarding asbestos encapsulation and removal, as well as site restoration as specified in the project specifications. This contract encompasses all necessary work related to this project, including securing access and protecting both people and the environment.
