Innovation and Leadership Development Program Framework

CPI (Centre for Process Innovation) is seeking suppliers to provide training and development programs focused on innovation and leadership. This initiative is part of our commitment to creating a thriving work environment for our employees. We currently offer training in these areas and aim to enhance our capabilities by redesigning our training approach. The program will allow for mixed cohorts, including CPI staff and participants from other companies or clients, with potential fees for participation. The contract will last for 36 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months, and we will select one contractor for each lot. As the external landscape evolves, CPI must remain agile to effectively meet the needs of our stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. This requires strong collaboration within our organization and the ability to adapt our current technology and develop new capabilities.
