Event Services for Team Events in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg

The European Parliament is seeking suppliers to establish framework contracts for organizing team events and other types of events in three specific areas: Belgium (Lot 1), within an 80km radius of Strasbourg, France (Lot 2), and Luxembourg (Lot 3). The selected contractors will be responsible for three main tasks: designing and managing events, providing their own services or subcontracting necessary services and goods, and coordinating and supervising third-party providers involved in the events organized by the Directorate General for Personnel and other Directorates General of the European Parliament. This opportunity is valued at €4,300,000.
