Construction of a Bus Station in Chrzanów

This contract involves the construction of a bus station in Chrzanów, including a Park & Ride (P&R) facility, as part of the project "Integrated Interchange Nodes for Public Transport in Chrzanów and Trzebinia" outlined in the ZIT Strategy for the Chrzanów Functional Urban Area for the years 2021-2027. The scope of work includes: 1) Developing comprehensive design and cost documentation based on the attached Functional and Utility Program; 2) Obtaining the final construction permit and the final decision for road investment implementation; 3) Providing author supervision over the construction works based on the developed design documentation; 4) Executing the construction works; 5) Obtaining formal approvals for the use of the completed investment; 6) Preparing as-built documentation. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract, scope, and execution methods are provided in the Functional and Utility Program and the contract provisions. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described in the documentation, ensuring they meet at least the same technical, quality, functional, and operational parameters. Contractors proposing equivalent solutions must demonstrate their equivalence with appropriate documentation. The contracting authority is seeking public funding for this project from the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, which may affect the contract's execution.
