Procurement of Medical Consumables – ECMO Sets

The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the products as per the contract terms. The buyer commits to ordering 70% of the base quantity during the contract period. The goal of this procurement is to acquire a peripheral or central ECMO treatment system and products that provide long-term support for patients with heart and respiratory issues. The quantity has been determined based on previous experiences, but the exact number of patients requiring these treatments cannot be predicted, which may result in fewer patients than in previous years. Therefore, a 30% quantity variation is justified to ensure that the buyer does not have to pay for unused products.
