Supply and Support of Squirrel SQ16 PLUS Data Logger

Unite Procurement UK Limited, representing the Ministry of Defence (MOD), is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform for the provision and ongoing support of Squirrel SQ16 PLUS data loggers. This initiative aims to capture time-series physiological and environmental data, including core and skin temperature, to enhance safety monitoring and research related to Exertional Heat Illness (EHI) risk management and heat acclimation. We are looking for suppliers to provide the following goods and services: - Squirrel SQ16 PLUS data loggers and necessary operational items - One SquirrelView Professional license (or equivalent software) included with the logger - Compatibility with temperature probes and/or WBGT systems for logger connection - Operating manuals with the equipment - One introductory training session for up to 10 personnel upon equipment receipt - Standard support services for a minimum of 5 years - Warranty of at least 12 months (36 months preferred) We may purchase up to 20 items, depending on MOD demand. Multiple suppliers will be onboarded to ensure a competitive supply base.
