Brief
The main objective is to procure various food products for the 10 nurseries under the CRESA Brașov, as mentioned in the specifications document. The contracting authority will establish a Framework Agreement for a period of 36 months. Subsequent contracts related to the Framework Agreement are expected to be concluded twice a year or as needed, depending on requirements. The components of each lot, along with the minimum and maximum quantities expected to be purchased during the Framework Agreement, are detailed in the specifications document. The estimated total maximum value of the Framework Agreement for 36 months is 18,339,231.15 lei excluding VAT, divided into 13 lots as follows: 1. Lot 1 - Fresh Vegetables - estimated max value for 36 months - 1,861,003.35 lei excluding VAT; estimated value of the largest subsequent contract - 206,753.95 lei excluding VAT; 2. Lot 3 - Spices and Condiments - estimated max value for 36 months - 301,935.00 lei excluding VAT; estimated value of the largest subsequent contract - 33,559.00 lei excluding VAT; 4. Lot 4 - Fresh Fruits - estimated max value for 36 months - 2,123,346.00 lei excluding VAT; estimated value of the largest subsequent contract - 235,896.00 lei excluding VAT; 5. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators for each lot. Clarification requests can be made up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
