Technical Support Services for Financial and Accounting System

This contract opportunity involves providing technical support and consultation services for a Financial and Accounting System. The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering technical support for a specified period, as outlined in the contract. Additionally, the supplier will perform up to 1500 hours of consultations and modifications to the system based on requests from the contracting authority. There is an option for the contracting authority to request up to an additional 750 hours of consultations and modifications, but this is not mandatory. The contracting authority will notify the supplier electronically if they choose to exercise this option. All requirements for the primary contract will remain in effect if the option is utilized.
