Waste Management Services in Poland

This contract involves the collection, transportation, and management of waste resulting from mechanical sorting, specifically waste coded 19 12 12. The work is divided into two parts: Part I focuses on the collection and management of up to 5,000 Mg of municipal waste over 18 months, while Part II addresses the collection and management of up to 1,200 Mg of waste from sorted materials. The estimated monthly waste transfer is approximately 150-280 Mg for Part I and 50-100 Mg for Part II. Suppliers can submit a bid for only one part; bids for both parts will be rejected. The quantities mentioned are estimates and may change based on the buyer's needs, with minimum quantities set at 3,000 Mg for Part I and 800 Mg for Part II. The waste must be processed in compliance with environmental regulations and can be stored in an open area. The contractor is responsible for the costs of collection and management, and must provide regular updates on the status of waste recovery.
