Medical Furniture Supply Contract

This contract involves the delivery and purchase of additional medical equipment and furniture for the operating room of the Multi-Specialty Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp. The detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 2 (pricing), Annex 2.1 (technical parameters), and Annex 3 (draft agreement). The requirements listed in the annexes are mandatory, and failure to meet them will result in the rejection of the offer. The contracting authority, based on the provisions of Article 16b, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, allows offers only for goods originating from EU member states and third countries that are parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements ensuring reciprocal and equal access to public procurement markets, of which the European Union is a party. Offers containing goods from third countries that are not parties to the aforementioned agreements will be rejected based on Article 226, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
