Project Manager for Customer Care Register Development - Phase 1

The Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (UR) is seeking a supplier to serve as Project Manager for Phase 1 of the Customer Care Register project. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing the complete project plan for this initiative. In Phase 1, you will oversee the development and implementation of a combined electricity and gas Customer Care Register (energy CCR), which will feature two tiers: a medical tier for customers dependent on electricity for healthcare or with terminal illnesses, and a needs-based tier. The water Customer Care Register will continue as a single-tiered system during this phase without the introduction of needs-based recording. The project requires expertise in utility regulation, project management, and stakeholder coordination. Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the accompanying Specification document. This is a significant infrastructure project supporting vulnerable customers across Northern Ireland's utility sector.
