    Brief

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is seeking a supplier to rebuild the UK National Screening Committee's web tool on the DHSC Analytical Cloud (DAC) platform. The current tool is hosted on UKHSA infrastructure using Python/Django and OpenShift technologies that are incompatible with the DAC platform. The project requires creating a new codebase compatible with DAC's technical capabilities while maintaining all existing functionality and user experience. The work includes migrating the recommendations web tool to the new platform and conducting comprehensive penetration testing to identify and remediate any cyber security risks introduced by the rebuilt system. The successful supplier will need to understand both the current system architecture and DAC platform requirements to ensure a seamless transition of this critical public health information service.
