Suppliers must demonstrate strong financial capability with nominated insurers holding a minimum rating of 'A-' (or equivalent subject to approval). Key assessment criteria include: (1) ability to offer the contracting authority a choice of suitable insurers and flexible cover options; (2) a skilled and competent team experienced in client relationship management, insurance claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and insurable risk management; and (3) delivery of high-quality service to the contracting authority and end clients, including third-party contractor services.
