Roles include Junior Business Analyst (entry-level, basic tools knowledge), Business Analyst (moderate complexity, project-focused), Senior Business Analyst (multi-project leadership, high-complexity analysis), and Lead Business Analyst (enterprise-level strategy and team leadership). Project Management: Planning and executing projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Roles include Project Support Office (administrative backbone), Junior Project Manager (small workstreams), Project Manager (day-to-day delivery leadership), Senior Project Manager (complex, high-value projects), and Programme Manager (multiple related projects for strategic outcomes). Business Change: Managing technology implementation transitions and user adoption. Roles include Change Lead (change strategy and impact assessment), Senior Change Analyst (complex change coordination), Change Analyst (stakeholder engagement and readiness tracking), Communications Lead (change messaging and engagement), Training Lead (learning design and delivery oversight), and Trainer (face-to-face training delivery).
