Planned Investment Works Framework for Housing Stock

Magenta Living is seeking qualified providers to deliver planned investment works across their housing stock, including houses, bungalows, flats, and extra care living schemes. The framework is structured into 10 specialist lots with a combined value of £64.84m net: Energy Efficiency Measures (£1.66m), Roofing (£6.66m), Windows & Doors (£2.16m), Kitchens & Bathrooms (£26.66m), Electrical (£4.16m), Internal and External Paint and Repair (£5m), External Works including groundworks and fencing (£2.5m), Domestic Heating (£4.58m), Commercial Heating (£1.66m), and Whole House Works (£10m). The top 4 ranked providers will be appointed per lot, with potential for additional appointments if scores are within 10% of the cut-off point. Works will be allocated through direct award to the highest-ranked provider or via mini-competition depending on circumstances and provider capacity. Suppliers should apply for the lots relevant to their services.
