Ireland – Data Management System with Energy Reporting and Monitoring Services

Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LMETB) is seeking a single supplier through a competitive procurement process to provide a comprehensive Data Management System (DMS) for energy management. The contract includes three key components: (1) Installation and ongoing maintenance of energy meters that transmit real-time data to the DMS; (2) Custom-built software enabling energy cost tracking, performance reporting, consumption monitoring, and data analysis with actionable insights; and (3) Initial setup and continuous technical and advisory support services to maximize system effectiveness and user adoption.
