Damp and Mould Surveyor Services

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting quotes for an Independent Damp and Mould Surveyor to help manage an expected increase in damp and mould issues due to recent regulatory changes. The council currently lacks a formal contract and urgently needs support to address a backlog of approximately 325 cases that do not meet housing standards. The selected contractor will be responsible for inspecting, assessing, and reporting on damp and mould problems in council properties, along with providing recommendations for necessary repairs.
