Brief
EN Procure Ltd ("ENP") is a consortium focused on social housing regeneration in the North of England. ENP specializes in procuring goods, works, and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties, with potential extensions to other property types managed by our members.
ENP is seeking to establish a framework agreement for various services, including:
- Asbestos removal
- Demolition work
- Water hygiene remediation
- Professional consultancy services related to asbestos and water hygiene management
This framework will support our members in social housing, public sector, and commercial buildings, as well as specialized areas like water hygiene management.
Contractors may be engaged through single-stage or multi-stage call-offs, with opportunities for early involvement.
Contractors are expected to deliver high-quality work collaboratively and align with ENP's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This includes creating training programs, work placements, educational activities, apprenticeships, and new employment opportunities. Over the framework's duration, contractors should develop their own ESG strategies to benefit ENP and its members.
The framework consists of the following lots:
- Lot 1: Asbestos Consultancy Services
- Lot 2: Asbestos Survey Services
- Lot 3: Air Monitoring Services
- Lot 4: Asbestos Removal Works (Licensed and Unlicensed)
- Lot 5: Low Rise Demolition Works (4 Storeys and below)
- Lot 6: High Rise Demolition Works (5 Storeys and above)
- Lot 7: Water Hygiene Management and Remedial Works
A maximum of 20 contractors will be awarded for each lot, with the possibility of increasing this number if there are tied scores among bidders. ENP reserves the right to award contracts to bidders whose scores are within 5% of the last position for each lot.
