Community Cleaning Services for Healthcare Facilities

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CAVUHB) is seeking a cleaning services provider for multiple community healthcare sites. The successful contractor will deliver comprehensive cleaning across all internal areas including entrances, reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, corridors, toilets, washrooms, kitchens, clinical and non-clinical areas, stairwells, lifts, and storage rooms. Core services include: routine daily cleaning; touchpoint cleaning (door handles, push plates, handrails); waste collection and segregation in compliance with regulations; floor maintenance programmes; and internal glass and partition cleaning. The provider will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards across all designated community sites operated by CAVUHB's Capital, Estates and Facilities Department.
