Joint E-Procurement System Contract

Cambridgeshire County Council and six partner organizations (Cambridge City Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Huntingdonshire District Council, Fenland District Council, Peterborough City Council, and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority) are seeking to procure a new e-procurement system. The current joint contract, held by Cambridge City Council, expires on 25th February 2026. The new system must be fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023, the Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023 (PSR), and Public Procurement Regulations 2015 (PCR). Required functionality includes publication of procurement notices and end-to-end management of procurement projects.
