Services required include routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple vehicle makes, models, and sizes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality standards. Libraries NI reserves the right to use in-house services where applicable and is not obligated to procure exclusively through this framework. Successful contractors must demonstrate capability to deliver quality work within reasonable timeframes while meeting all legal vehicle compliance and construction standards.
