    Brief

    This is an open public contract tender for road asset management resurfacing services across Northern Ireland. The framework will deliver asphalt resurfacing and associated road works through call-off contracts over a four-year period. Work activities include laying various types of asphalt surfacing (mechanical and manual), reshaping carriageways, adjusting street furniture and kerbs, installing/adjusting drainage systems, temporary traffic management, and road markings. The framework is divided into four area-based Lots for works valued between £50k-£750k each (Belfast South, Coleraine & Limavady, Dungannon, and Down) plus a Project Lot for works valued between £750k-£5m. The total cumulative contract value is £150 million ex VAT over four years, with potential extension of up to 12 additional months bringing the value to £180.25 million ex VAT. Suppliers should note the standstill period ends 10 June 2026.
