Office Space Design and Refurbishment Services

Codi Group, a newly merged housing, care, support and regeneration organisation, is seeking a design partner to reimagine Exchange House and establish a model for their broader workplace estate across Newport, Cardiff and Swansea (approximately 32,000 sq ft total). The successful design team will create an innovative workplace that integrates office functions, learning spaces, collaboration areas and community engagement facilities—moving beyond traditional office refurbishment. This is an opportunity to shape how a modern social organisation uses its physical space to support its mission and culture. Designers should demonstrate experience creating multipurpose workplace environments that serve diverse user groups and support organisational values.
