Models of Effective Employee Voice Arrangements

Award Notice: This is a concluded procurement under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights Dynamic Purchasing System, not an open call for competition. Project Overview: Acas is commissioning research to demonstrate the diverse ways that effective employee voice systems can be implemented across organisations. The project aims to inspire and guide organisations, leaders, and managers who are new to employee voice mechanisms in designing and implementing suitable arrangements for their specific contexts. Scope: The research will examine both formal and informal communication channels, including one-way and two-way interactions through individual direct engagement and collective representative routes. The project will explore multiple dimensions of voice mechanisms based on established frameworks. Expected Outcome: The research will provide practical models and insights that help organisations understand and implement effective employee voice arrangements tailored to their needs.
