On-Site Alternative Provision at The East Manchester Academy

The East Manchester Academy is seeking an experienced provider to deliver on-site Alternative Provision (AP) for up to 20 pupils aged 11-16 who are at risk of exclusion or need a more tailored educational environment. The aim is to help these pupils re-engage with learning and improve their educational outcomes. The provider will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing the AP, which includes providing structured education, pastoral care, and behavior support during standard school hours. The curriculum must align with the national curriculum and be delivered by existing school staff. The provider will also need to support behavior improvement, attendance, and pupil well-being, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies. The AP will be located within the school premises, utilizing existing facilities, and the provider is expected to furnish the space and provide necessary learning resources.
